A.27 www.masteritaly.com LINEE GUIDA SU GARANZIA PRODOTTI E RESPONSABILITÀ PRODUCT LIABILITY GUIDELINES • Per questo motivo, l’evaporazione di queste so- stanze nelle vicinanze delle finestre deve essere as- solutamente evitata. • Inoltre non possono essere utilizzati composti di sigillatura acidi o di acido acetico o quelli con i sud- detti contenuti, poiché sia il contatto diretto con il composto sigillante che la sua vaporizzazione possono attaccare la superficie della ferramenta • L’infisso può essere pulito solo con detergen- ti delicati a pH neutro in forma diluita. In nes- sun caso possono essere utilizzati detergen- ti aggressivi, acidi o detergenti abrasivi i cui contenuti sono elencati nel precedente paragrafo. • La presente Garanzia non è applicabile in caso di difetti sopravvenuti a seguito di danni da fuo- co o altri eventi accidentali, utilizzo di spazzole e/o prodotti abrasivi, installazioni improprie, atti vandalici ed in ogni caso di non corretto utilizzo. • Con riferimento ai prodotti semilavorati e/o non verniciati MASTER declina ogni responsabilità per eventuali anomalie che dovessero verificarsi a seguito di processi produttivi e/o modificativi del prodotto stesso, posti in essere da terzi suc- cessivamente alla consegna da parte di MASTER. 6. OBBLIGO DI EMETTERE INFORMAZIONI E ISTRUZIONI La seguente documentazione deve essere trasmessa a rivenditori, intermediari, fabbricanti e utenti finali • Documentazione tecnica • Cataloghi di prodotto • Istruzioni di montaggio • Manuali d’uso e manutenzione Accertandosi che quanto trasmesso sia aggiornato alle ultime revisioni dell’azienda. L’insieme di questo materiali o di parte di essi (lì dove alcune schede non sono disponibili) verrà chiamato sinteticamente “informazioni sul prodotto”. Al fine di salvaguardare la funzione rilevante delle fi- nestre e delle porte balcone: • Gli ingegneri e i progettisti sono tenuti a richiedere e rispettare le “informazioni sul prodotto” dei pro- duttori o dei concessionari autorizzati • I rivenditori specializzati sono tenuti a rispettare le “informazioni sul prodotto” del produttore, ed in particolarmente a trasmetterle a concessionari e/o fabbricanti successivi e segnalare che sono obbli- gati a trasmetterle ai loro clienti. • Furthermore, acid or acetic acid sealing com- pounds, or those with the above-mentioned con- tents may not be used, given that both direct con- tact with the sealing compound or with its vapour may attack the surface of the fittings. • The fittings may only be cleaned with gentle deter- gents with a neutral pH, in diluted form. Under no circumstances may aggressive detergents be used, nor acids or abrasive detergents whose contents include those listed in the preceding paragraph. • This Guarantee is not applicable in the event of de- fects occasioned following damage by fire or other accidental events, the use of abrasive brushes and/ or products, incorrect installation, acts of vandali- sm and, in any case, incorrect use. • With reference to part completed and/or unpain- ted products, MASTER declines any responsibility for any anomalies which should occur following production and/or modification processes on the product itself, carried out by third parties after con- signment by MASTER. 6. OBLIGATION TO ISSUE INFORMATION AND IN- STRUCTIONS The following documentation must be forwarded to retailers, intermediaries, builders and end users • Technical documentation • Product catalogues • Assembly instructions • User and maintenance manuals Ensuring that what is forwarded has been updated to the latest company amendment. The whole of this material, or parts of it (should a few information sheets not be available) will be called, in brief, “information on the product”. In order to preserve the relevant functions of the bal- cony windows and doors: • Engineers and designers are required to request and comply with the “information on the product” from the manufacturers or authorized dealers • Specialist retailers are required to respect the ma- nufacturers’ “information on the product” and, in particular, to forward it to dealers and/or subse- quent manufacturers, and to notify them that they are obliged to forward them to their clients.
